Pegasus Reef Hotel served the most tempting pork cuts in town, at the ‘Porkalicious’event hosted by the hotel. The dining celebration was held on the 23rd of June, from 07.30 p.m. onwards at the hotel beach marquee, set alongside the scenic backdrop of the Indian Ocean and the bright Colombo harbor lights lighting up the night.
The master chefs and management at Pegasus Reef Hotel served up an extensive range of traditional pork cuts and family favorites such as barbequed pork, belly pork, pork ribs and bacon cuts as well as some exciting internationally influenced pork dishes with flavors from Europe, Japan and South-East Asia.
